Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is conveniently located near the main shopping street and has friendly and accommodating staff. The rooms are cleaned daily but could use some updating of furniture. The dining options are diverse with a good selection, and the hotel offers various amenities like room service and laundry. However, the service falls short of the expected professional level for a 4-star hotel.
I stayed at the hotel from October 18 to 21. The rooms are spacious but in need of refurbishing, with old-fashioned furniture. The big bed with many pillows was cozy, and the bathroom was impressive with a large bathtub/shower. The location is convenient and well-connected to the center, offering a nice balance between nature and shopping areas. However, the staff seemed distant and not very welcoming, and the dining options were lacking in variety. Overall, it was an okay stay with some positives and negatives to consider.
The hotel has some great features like the double window in the rooms, but might be a bit overpriced until improvements are made. The service was friendly but slow in responding to basic requests. The location is excellent, close to lovely parks and districts. The dining experience could have been better, especially with warm dishes, and the breakfast lacked variety.
I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and had a lot of space, but the price was a bit on the higher side. The staff was nice and helpful, which made my stay more pleasant.
The hotel offers a nice view from the rooms, despite some minor bathroom issues. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring a comfortable stay.
The hotel rooms needed some ventilation improvement as they were not properly ventilated before use. I had to run the air conditioning for a couple of hours before switching to heating to improve the air quality. Unfortunately, we were not permitted a key to open the window. The rooms also required renovation to reach the standard of a 3-star hotel due to a slight smell of stale cigarettes.
My stay at the hotel had its highs and lows. The rooms were very spacious, with a separate bathroom and toilet, but they stank of stale cigarettes, looked very old, and the carpet was dirty. The service was fantastic, with super friendly and helpful staff, even though I mainly interacted with the reception team. The location was ideal for me, but it might be too far out from the center for some. Unfortunately, the dining experience was another disappointment with limited choices and overpriced breakfast. Overall, a mixed but decent stay.
The hotel offers super comfortable rooms, but some could be noisy and could benefit from an upgrade to a more modern style. The service has its ups and downs, with a lovely terrace but some disappointments with the pricing policy. Great location with beautiful parks nearby, though sometimes disturbed by noisy neighbor guests. The dining experience is diverse but not recommended for being overly expensive. Overall, a traditional hotel with some room for improvement in various aspects.
I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and beautiful, and I had a peaceful night's sleep without any traffic noise disturbing me. However, the room did get a bit cold as the window was old and couldn't keep out the cold air from outside.
